Staff are warm n friendly.

Should have more food varieties in the restaurant as they do not have any presentable shops nearby to eat-out. Also to be more careful during preparation of food. I found hair in my food.

We are a family of 5 and had to book 2 seperate rooms.

We are a family of 5 and had to book 2 seperate rooms. Hotel has no connecting rooms thus we had to come in and out of the rooms to attend to each other needs. Suggest that something could be done on this. Breakfast was plain after 3 nights staying there. It seems that the menu did not change much since i stayed there last time round. Overall CK TanjungPinang did not dissapoint.

Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was good. Hotel rich in space. Overall is was a pleasant stay.

The room that I get have multiple Stain on the floor, Musky smell on the pillow n towel must be no one occupied that room for a long time.

breakfast let us down no much choice of foods , scale small area, very poor your standard is 4 star hotel the worst thing when we asking for 1/2 boiled egg no stock? even butter also sudah habis ? don't blame to your staff, are they train to say no stock and sudah habis ? Please do something this my first time i have this problem at your 4 star hotel restaurant.

Perfect!

The breakfast was brilliant, the swimming pool was lovely, the view from the room was gorgeous, overall a perfect stay.

It's a little far from the harbor but close to cinema and shopping mall!

I’m a regular at this hotel, As for the property all still well maintain..staff as usual very good and helpful.. but this stay the breakfast on sunday not that good as the replanish takes time although there is not much guest..

They do not provide shuttle to the nearest shopping centre instead guests will need to pay for the transportation which I think is not right..

IT WAS A GREAT PLEASURE TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL. . THE FOOD WAS GREAT. THE VIEW WAS AWESOME. OVERALL GREAT :)

Amazing Service

The service was amazing! I actually forgot to confirm the pick up transfer to the hotel from the ferry terminal and had arrived at the terminal at night. There were 9 of us and there weren’t much vehicles at the ferry terminal. Thankfully the hotel sent a van to pick us up. We were also able to rent the van with driver to bring us around. Spacious and clean hotel lobby and room. There are also food stalls available opposite the hotel.

Great hotel to stay for a short getaway

-The room is spacious and clean - The massage was really good. We did the one in room plus scrub. The two lady masseurs were very professional and we love the massage. - The staffs at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Always with lovely smiles. We had lunch and breakfast there and love the food. The lunch menu were delicious especially the Tom Yam soup. - Overall we had a lovely stay especially the location is near the CK Mall. It is also very near the ferry terminal.

- The toilet was not that clean. - The staffs at the reception were not that friendly. The would have done better like their colleagues at the restaurant who are always with smiles. - It was very noisy at the pathway as there is no sound proof. We could hear kids running outside the room and some China tourist shouting to each other. At the end of the day in Sunday, there were some knocking or construction going on. A bit annoying with the noises.
